Life Environmental offers a full compliance monitoring service with detailed procedures to ensure that asbestos removal contractors are operating in line with regulatory requirements and their method statement.
Asbestos testing is conducted in accordance with our UKAS accreditation, HSE guidance-HSG 248 and our in-house procedures. We provide documented evidence, which provides a full audit trail for the works.
The document pack would typically include:
- Plans & Diagrams detailing works
- 4 stage clearance certificates and certificate Re-occupation.
- Air monitoring certificates
- Daily enclosure checklists
- Daily site log
